- Stand between and connect Customers to relevant Departments/Suppliers.- Create pressure and guide relevant Departments/Suppliers to meet all requirements and correct lead-time.- Experience in working with both local and foreign Customers. The most are foreign Customers.- Lead quotation and submit to the Director/Owner for approval.- Lead project Tooling & Injection Molding.- Lead trial run and samples.- Throughout all processes from receive request until finish and hand over for Production Department/Customers.- Follow mass production and improve if it have issues.- Analysing and directly solving technical and plastic injection problems.- Support design for the Tooling Design Department.- Report to Director/Owner.

Manage works and Engineers at Tooling Design Department :- Get full information from Customer and be careful confirm everything.- Making the layout and general specs in the most reasonable and save money.- Calculate and be careful with shrinkage.- Knowledge of steels for making tooling and plastic resin pellets.- Approve 3D, 2D, BOM, specs and other documents for release.- Advisor for trial run and samples.- Throughout all processes from receive request until finish and hand over for Production Department/Customer.- Design and manage projects for the work done as quickly as possible.- Analysing and directly solving technical and plastic injection problems.- Report to Director/Owner.Other :- Support, prepare quotation and submit to the Director/Owner for approval.- Assess potentials from Customer information. Work with Customers, Customer service.

Design Tooling and Project Management :- Get the information from customers and the manager.- 3D design by SolidWorks or Pro/Creo.- 2D drawing, calculating the tolerance for processing and assembling.- Make BOM for purchasing steel and accessories, do price and function comparison to find the best and the most optimal solution.- Follow tooling testing, evaluate the samples, then report to manager and the customer.- Throughout all processes of the project.- Repair and improve the product manufacturing. - Connect the relevant departments together.- Report to Tooling Design Manager.
