I started to work at Bosch Global Software Technologies Vietnam since Dec-2021 as a Project Management Assistant. I acted as a contact staff and receive requests from project managers to connect with internal software engineers in Bosch.I assisted stakeholders like Department Head or Group manager in project management related tasks budget tracking, cost reporting, preparing documents for project reviews.I involved in external associates recruitment process and deployment human resource to projects.I worked with controllers to perform business plan and quarterly revenue/expenses forecast and quality managers to prepare for project reviews.

My position was product management. i checked products in the store and ordered those from supply companies if those were out of stock. Sometimes. i would receive order from customers that would like to buy numerous products.

I supported for VIetnamsese workers as JAPANESES translator. And I went go with my teacher introduce my university for partners in Vietnam

I worked as partime staff for Lawson Japan from 6/2017 to 9/2018 when i was a student. In there, my main task was cashier. This was first job i directly talked to Japanese customers, so at the beginning time period i have in trouble with my Japanese. When i felt more confident i could make a conversation my partners, customers gradually my Japanese more fluently. Besides cashier, i have experienced about checking products stocks, refilling goods.
