Hey English is Application for English Learners who can learn and practice speaking skills. In this product, I am proud to participate in non-technical departments such as marketing, customer service, and academics to launch projects to the market. We have achieved more than 50k users within 12 months. There are almost organic users so the active user rate of MAU is more than 40%.- Coordinating with the product team to evaluate and define the MVP features- Helping to recruit customer service, marketing teams- Our team has finished to develop the full system of this product which includes Backend server running on AWS, Mobile applications (React native), Administration Dashboard (Vuejs), Landing page & Blogs (Wordpress)

Kalpha was invested by Nest Tech Venture Capital. This is the education ecosystem for users to meet experienced people, casually and professionally, to learn and improve quality of life.The product was developed by an outsourcing company but encountered performance issues when scaling up. Therefore, my team at Nest Tech VN took on this project to improve performance to help serve more than 100k users and help the company launch it in the Vietnamese market. Unfortunately, the startup has run out the funding and has no longer invested in developing and releasing new updates.- Coordinating with the founders team to understand the business requirements- Helping the startup in terms of recruitment their own tech team- Working with the team to evaluate the performance issues and making decisions on optimizing strategy- Our team finally finished to develop the website version which is using reactjs, fixed the backend server issues, enhanced the mobile applications (react-native)
