So I have 2600 words to tell my story which entirely isn't enough but let's give it a shotFirst off, I’m not here for the typical "I'm a passionate and exceptional professional..." intro — let's keep it real!Driven by a love for helping others grow, I started as a 𝐒𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐝 for 𝐆𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐲𝐬 𝐓𝐞𝐜𝐡 𝐇𝐮𝐛, a leading Edu-Tech company in Southeast Nigeria. For four years, I built a community of over 150 students through online campaigns, meetups, and bootcamps. I collaborated with associations like NACOSS and IEEE to create impactful events, such as a two-month bootcamp and skill competitions.After my university tenure, I transitioned to a remote role as an 𝐀𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐭 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐦 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐀𝐝𝐯𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐞 at Genesys. Here, I managed student communities across four Southeastern states, supporting leads in organizing events and co-created 𝐔𝐏𝐒𝐊𝐈𝐋𝐋, a three-month cohort for tech beginners, still active today.In 2023, I took a career break to reassess my strengths and areas for growth. When I returned, I joined The Community Collective Cohort 4 for a 2 month training to sharpen my community-building skills and PhreeTech’s Spark Cohort with an 8-week project management training and another 8 weeks where I managed an internal project, "RecipeHub" with fellow interns, which further refined my skills in leadership and teamwork.This brings us to a very important question: "Why You Shouldn't Hire Me?"- If you’re not looking for a team builder who thrives on team work and collaboration, I’m not your guy.- Not seeking someone passionate about impact and solutions?
