1. Design and Release , Powertrain control Module, Transmission control Module, Glow Plug Control Module Nox Sensors, CMS sensors , UHEGO sensors ,Exhaust gas sensor, brackets and sheilds.2. Liason with buyer and supplier to help with Supplier On Board Agreement. vehicle in accordance with the installation guidelines. 3. Pitched and got program approval of core design and cost associated. 4. Worked with Core team, Buyer and supplier to prepare cycle plan.5. Released latest calibration/software based on program milestones involving Ford OTA, Project controls and calibration team.4. Coordinated and verified with suppliers making sure the components follow PPAP process through different phases of product/process development in accordance with vehicle build events. 6. Verify and confirm DVP&R reports from suppliers for various components. 7. Liaising with Manufacturing , Package engineering, service, interfacing component groups to ensure package approval.8. Ordered and tracked parts for special tests .

1. Release and update core component specifications for installation components ( brackets, mounting devices, security shield/boxes, fasteners etc )2. Designed the core component installation and component operating environment within the vehicle in accordance with the installation guidelines. 3. Coordinated and verified with suppliers making sure the components follow PPAP process through different phases of product/process development in accordance with vehicle build events. 4. Verify and confirm DVP&R reports from suppliers for various components. 5. Liaising with Manufacturing , Package engineering, service, interfacing component groups to ensure package approval.

• Assisted the team to tackle a critical issue by designing and positioning of clips using Generative sheet metal design profile in Catia V5 to resolve the heat issues caused by the exhaust to the CMS sensors. • Created study files using electric wire harness 3D design profile using Catia V5 to support intended design for sensors through different build phases. • Packaging of pressure sensors and Exhaust gas temperature sensors to effectively support the build phase of programs. • Parts implementation/sign off in assembly plant and thorough inspection for quality issues like wear & tear, contact with sharp edges.• Assisted in resolving of AIMS issues for Exhaust gas temperature sensors and pressure sensors in various programs thereby complying and clearing DPA checks.• Create illustrations (Drafting) Fuel Pump control modules, Exhaust Gas Temperature NOX & O2 sensors.• Familiar with Ford standard launch milestones, (Global Product Development System). Work with Design and Release Engineers to meet the timeline of different launch program.• Knowledge and application of Teamcenter, teamviewer and WERS. Release and freeze drawings, 3D models into team center. • Working with product structure editor and its Toolbars. Familiar with basic change management concepts like status and workflow process, also familiar with Product structure like handling engineering bill of materials.• Effectively create part revisions in teamcenter thus providing latest designs and drawings available in the structure manger.
