When people ask me what’s the ROI of Social, I ask them what’s the ROI of Trust, and what’s the ROI of Loyalty. The answer, when used to build relationships the results will be… longer lifetime value of a customer, larger average order value, and increased frequency of purchase. All measurable and all lead to increased sales and profits. And this is all about marketing, building strong relationships which inevitably lead to building a strong brand.My first love is making amazing designs. The second purpose is to encourage people to make meaningful connections and find compelling answers to their day-to-day problems. I enjoy designing, implementing, and optimizing marketing tactics that encourage people and businesses to expand their horizons and push past their present limitations. Creating important material, connecting with the right people, and disseminating it is a daily effort that never ceases to excite me.I've been working in the marketing and advertising industry for more than 5 years and have extensive knowledge of graphic design and digital marketing. At the University of Piraeus, I studied Industrial Management and Technology, and at the Economic University of Athens, I studied Digital Marketing and social media. I worked in several graphic design and digital marketing jobs while I was studying and later, which helped me enhance my talents and broaden my knowledge.Currently, I work at Grant Thornton Greece as a digital marketing assistant, creating modern graphics for our corporate business identity and contributing to the company's digital marketing strategy with insightful research and initiatives. I enjoy reading, analyzing digital data, and developing new digital strategies based on it.
