• Primarily responsible for identifying & developing new business for IT Staffing and IT Services• Models to suit client requirements of Permanent, Contractual and Contract to Hire basis• Responsible for preparation and finalization of Contract Rate Card & Duration recruitment.• Tie ups with companies and get the requirements from the clients and closure on time• Placement of High Skilled Trained Fresh graduates catering to needs of multinational companies• Setting up Appointments with Recruitment Head, IT Head, Technology Head, Director & CEO.• Presentation to clients on products and services of the company• Focus on client relationship management • Negotiating and closing deals with the clients• Focus on client relationships and adhere to requirements of the clients• Interaction, response and constant updates to SPOCS of clients• Social Media Marketing and Brand Building activities• Analysis of Term Sheets and LOI • Monitor the pulse of the market to understand the direction - in terms of growth, new projects, hiring, • Managing teams and resources by team building activities• Building and maintain relationships with various human resources personnel and relationship managers
