1) Manufacturing Excellence•Development of Asset Response Plans (ARPs) for the entire manufacturing plant •Based on the ARP, developing the entire scope/ design, finalizing the budget & developing timelines including the plant shutdown plan of the key capacity improvement related project planned in plant•Establishment of a Standard Operating Process (SOP) for all types of trials planned in manufacturing2) Engineering & Capital ProjectsUtilities: Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP) & Water Treatment Plant (WTP)• Revising the terms of contract of operation based on an extensive cost-model analysis (chemicals, sludge disposal & service). • Establishment of a Daily Management System (DMS), to track the required KPI’s in the ETP• Development of a Business Continuity Plan (BCP) for ETP during flood recovery• Descriptive study to identify a possible correlation between the generation of high sludge volumes & high consumption of chemicals in the ETP. Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for high consumption of chemicals during post chlorination & pH adjustment in the reverse osmosis process in the WTP & RCA for exceeding Iron concentration in WTP out. Capital Projects: New Bottle Filler Unit & New CIP plant Upgradation • Developing P&IDs, layouts, technical specifications & the complete execution plan including the plant shutdown plan for the installation of new bottle filler unit & CIP upgradation unit, aligning all stakeholders (incorporating FSQ, H&S compliances)• Hazard identification, risk assessment and job safety analysis of high risk elements related to project execution, prior to the implementation of the standard change management process• Evaluating & presenting different alternatives with respect to cost & impact, to freeze the scope of the project
