- Assisting customers encountered when they use the app to learn language via the CRM tool, direct contact, or work with a team.- Analyze the root causes of escalated issues and provide appropriate resolutions to deliver excellent service.- Coordinate with other teams to resolve customer issues, follow up, and ensure close-loop to all escalations.- Build community, create activities, and write posts about effective English learning methods to encourage members to learn actively.- Guide users on how to use the app, help them understand the app better, and encourage them to upgrade to a Pro account for unlimited access to all EJOY courses.- Support app developers to test new app features before launch.
