- Manage the company’s recruitment process - Receive Job Decription from other Department and make improvement of the Job Decription in order to find best match for current vacancy.- Post job wanting, analyze resumes, screen/pre-select/shortlist, having telephone interviews, schedule interviews- Collect new comers’ documents, arrange and input employees’ data into HR system- Maintain recruitment database of qualified or potential candidates for current and future needs- Develop and improve the recruitment processes to be more effective in cost saving - Find and develop candidate resources (ex: University, College, Recruitment events, …)- Ensure all vacancies are filled with the suitable candidates within the targeted time- Weekly report for current recruitment status- Follow up and generalize the performance appraisal for new employees- Contribute to the company’s recruitment solution and strategy- Join to 1st round interview with HOD (if any)- Build up yearly / quarterly/ monthly recruitment plan.

** RECRUITMENT:- Take part in interviewing Sales Consultant and Office Staff (Loan Management Staff, Accounting Staff,Credit Staff, Sales Staff…)- Make Offer Letter & send E-mail to confirm the start working date of new recruited Staff- Post job and search CVs- Look for the job introduction center & job fair in provinces related to recruitment & webside for recruitment as: www.vietnamwork.com, www.timviecnhanh.com, www.vieclam24h.com….- Filter candidates’ CVs base on recruitment request- Check candidates’ CVs status and follw up the interview schedule- Input and update candidate’s confidential information into database- Instruct the test for all candidates- In incharge of outside Business Trip to Interview & Training new staff ( Over 32 Province: South, Central, North)- Support to search quotation for Interview & Stay room, search airline ticket.- In charge of hand over the check-list + successful candidate’s profile.- Synthetize and archives interview result ** TRAINING:- Guide Company Regulation 1,5 days (Labour Law, Social Insurance, Accident Insurance, Health Care, Insurance, Company Policy…)- Support Business Manner 1,5days training- Manage documents of Recruitment & Training Dept- Make Business Manner Certificate- Be responsible to prepare all material of Company Regulation & Business Manner, Horenso, PDCA…)- Hold tea break for training Courses
