- Lead and mentor a team of partnership marketing professionals to ensure the business growth- Develop marketing plans and campaigns to increase brand awareness, customer engagement and sales revenue- Manage budgets and measure the success of campaign initiatives- Cultivate strategic brand partnerships that support new member recruitment such as cross promotions, gift vouchers, co-host events- Negotiate and close B2B deals including advertising packages, membership packages and sponsorships- Develop and implement performance metrics and training programs to enhance team capabilities

- Plan and deliver CRM strategies to develop customer network and attract new customers to the stores- Manage the loyalty program and membership tiers- Track and plan gifts for top VIPs on special occasion such as birthdays, tier upgrade rewards, tier maintaining rewards- Monitor customer database: active customers, inactive customers, lost customers and allocate CRM budget for each type- Oversee the migration of all direct communications to lower cost mediums such as SMS and emails- Work alongside with brand marketing team on store-level campaigns to drive footfall, including localized offers and event invites- Develop relationships with key partners to identify cross-sell touch points and maximize the business

• Develop, build, and manage a client base of corporate accounts • Define and develop reporting on sales pipeline and performance KPI’s.• Oversee the sales process at each stage from quote to fulfilment• Prospect new clients via sales calls, direct mail, email and networking events • Analyze sales trends, track unit sales, sales forecasts and generate gross margin reports Analyze market information, competitors, and industry data reports to propose action plans • Participate in trade shows, conferences, and community events to help promote the corporate program • Investigate and troubleshoot customer service issues

• Create and execute a rich and dynamic 360 marketing and communications plan for Vietnam to achieve key business objectives such as member acquisition, activation and retention• Deliver dynamic and strategic content for target audiences• Provide brand marketing support across departments and acquisition channels• Manage marketing / promotional collaterals / blank cards order for Vietnam• Responsible for the content on accorplus.com with a member engagement and activation focus• Emailing, Social media, SMS campaign creation• Facilitate the marketing and communication of exclusive member events and experiencesto the Vietnam members• Co-ordinate the briefing and management of any third-party consultants (e.g. advertising agencies, media buyers)• Represent Accor Plus in a professional, courteous and sincere fashion to foster good working relationships with all of our customers, internal and external in line with Accor Plus values

• Plan and deliver CRM strategies to boost sale of subsidiaries• Be in charge of the internal newsletters and co-brands newsletter projects• Support to launch a new loyalty program for Domino's Pizza, Burger King, Dunkin' Donuts and Popeyes Chicken• Conduct system training on a monthly basis for the staffs at all outlets.• Work closely with related partners and suppliers to prepare for the campaign rollout• Oversee and update all relevant information and promotions with regard to the campaigns• Support other teams in several projects (big scale and small scale)
