- Manage all accounting operations including Billing, A/R, A/P, GL and Counsel, Cost Accounting, Inventory Accounting and Revenue Recognition,- Preparing and analysing budgets,- Support month-end and year-end close process,- Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting,- Manage and comply with local reporting requirements and tax filings,- Analyze Weekly/ Monthly / Quarterly Management Reports to provide accurate, relevant and timely Management and Analysis information to enable BOD to make correct business decision,- Carry out work related to the company's M&A activities,- Setting up company’s finance, accounting function,- Working with banks on loan for company’s projects; purchasing foreign currency for foreign payments, opening bank guarantee letters and domestic payments.

- Controlling and balance working capital daily, weekly, monthly;- Budgeting – Lead the BU in preparing annual budgets; participating in budget development and appraisal; analyzing budget performance of member units.- Analyze Monthly/ Quarterly Management Reports to provide accurate, relevant and timely - - Management and Analysis information to enable BOD to make correct business decision.- Working with banks on purchasing foreign currency for foreign payments, opening bank guarantee letters.- Participating in the construction, appraisal, preparation and management of financial plans for the factory projects; preparing the financial plan of the factory projects including capital needs and sources.- Working with banks on long term capital for the factory projects.

- Planning, directing, coordinating investment strategies to benefit our clients.- Identify group or individual target investors for a specific fund.
