1.Recruitment:- Be in charge of fulfilling recruitment plan and recruitment requests from departments;- Develop and maintain a candidate pool through connections with universities and student clubs, social media, direct mail, and cold calling.- Recruit positions as required by the departments: Investment Advisor/Broker; Investment Advisor Support; Corporate Finance Advisor; Equity Analyst; Customer Service; IT Helpdesk.2. Employer Branding (EB):- Primarily responsible for building relationships with universities and student clubs/organizations.- Organize and execute the plan (Job Fair, Career Talk Show...);- Attend training seminars with students to promote the image of FPTS and strengthen the relationships with Universities and Financial Clubs.- Focal contact with Lecturers, Department of Corporate Relations and Financial Clubs.

- HR projects from leading companies in Viet Nam.- Receive project information, analyze and plan to recruit personnel.- Recruiting candidates through social media platforms and other platforms.- Introduce, consult and filter candidates with suitable positions.- Supporting candidates in applying for jobs and guiding the interview process.- Follow up and support candidates after the interview.- Report, update the results to the company's human resources system.

- Researching legal files on cases such as civil, labor, commercial,... and writing reports- Contact and work with government agencies- Write legal posts on the company's website
