- Source out suppliers that meet requisitions’ requirements. - Cooperatively work with related departments to resolve issues. Be the bridge between suppliers and user departments. - Obtain quotations, evaluate and negotiate with suppliers to get the most reasonable price.- Prepare RFQ in compliance with purchasing procedure and ERP system- Maintain procurement records, searching for new suppliers

- Collected feedback from customers and provided reports in order to improve delivery service. - Be the central coordinator and worked with cross-national delivery hubs to transfer clear throughout information for the best delivery service. - Investigated causes of cancelled orders. Did reports and discussed solutions with line manager.
