- Conduct and orchestrate marketing plans, dealing with operational aspects of the campaigns: Fanpage Management, Facebook Ads, Google Adwords, Tiktok Ads, Media Booking, etc.- Act as a liaison between all in-house departments and the clients to ensure a timely completion of 3-4 simultaneous projects - Undertake research for new business proposals and present to potential new clients- Report and consult clients about Marketing campaigns matching client's budget .

- Work with designer to create all the marketing materials to support online and offline advertising - Create proposals for the campaign: + Analyze market, competitors and client's status + Propose overall marketing strategy: concept, slogan, communication direction, content direction + Propose deployment channels: Facebook, Google, Influencers, Media publishers,... - Finalize and execute proposals with minimum defects

Main responsibilities:- Ensure operations function to promote growth and meetfinancial objectives- Cooperate with Sales Staffs to receive and handle the requirements of customers based on CRM process- Assist with Marketing Staffs to plan a succesful promotional campaign- Communicate with the higher management to prepare a strategy for operations to run efficiently.
