Project held by UQ Business School and City University of Hong Kong• Conducted an in-depth analysis of Big Data Division products and identified gaps between customer needs and current Big Data Division products; • Defined the new opportunities of the current Big Data Division product through competitor reviews and user requirements analysis;• Delivered a comprehensive report of internal and external environment analysis, and product design recommendation.

• Took part in annual integrated commercial plan, including marketing strategy, channel strategy and sales forecast; • Planned and executed flawlessly all marketing activities, evaluated pre and post activities and monitored marketing expenditure & financial figures, achieved ~ xx% business growth in one year; 
• Took main responsible for new product development (I&R) based on market needs, by coordinating with cross-functions and other markets from concept building to post-launch evaluation – including financial & commercial figures (for both local production and imported products); successfully managed to launch MAGGI Mushroom 2kg, MAGGI Soy Sauce 1L, MAGGI Soy Sauce Mainstream 1L and MAGGI BBQ Sauce• Successfully organized 3 campaigns targeted to specific audience (YOCUTA, MAGGI Chef Event and MAGGI Food Safety Campaign), which positively impacted on brand awareness as well as business performance.
