I'm currently the official TEDx organizer of TED and The Head of the Organizing Committee of the TEDxHANU 2023 event. Me and my team are planning for the event's content curation, budgeting & sponsorship, communication. Our event will be held tentatively on October 2023

I was a member of the Content Marketing Team, responsible for writing TEDxHANU facebook page content according to insights and marketing plan.

To enhance the connection between TEDxHANU and our audiences, our Marketing Team decided to build up a community on Facebook, namely 'One TEDix all it takes'. This community is a place for TED, TEDx lovers to discuss about TEDx talks in other TEDx organization, or to contribute their fresh ideas that worth spreading to others.I was the group's administrator, responsible for planning daily content, interacting with audiences and approving posts.

As a Sales Leader, I undertook: - Controlling & leading a business team of 7 to 10 people - Coordinating with the Office Manager to develop strategies and business plans - Completing administrative work tasks in the Office.- Training and guiding new employees on effective working methods

As a Sales Expert, my responsibilities included recommending consumers on IELTS and TOEIC courses, persuading them to try our services, and closing deals.I was also the leader of a business team of between 5 and 7 employees. I was in charge of recruiting, training, and organizing staff as well as managing the team's sales operations.
