- Team leading: Arrange and supervise tasks of team members. Train new members. Enhance sense of responsibility & happiness in working for members. Affirm team spirit to do the jobs more efficient.- Project management: Schedule and supervise the whole work operation for the best working performance to the client (Cheil, Samsung, Lixil, etc) as well as negotiate with customers, sub-contractors and sellers for the best profit of the company. Conduct on-site factory visit and monitor the production status. Execute about 30 jobs per month.- Problem solving: Deal with problems during work process with positive thought and behavior. Anticipate potential problems to prevent the company's loss.- Accountability: Handle customer enquiries, then provide them with appropriate services, quotation and designs. Prepare and purchase essential materials for the working process.- Networking: Keep in touch well with Sales or Person in charge of the clients to provide good after-sales service. Work effectively with sub-contractors as well as internal departments (designers, purchasing, etc) to ensure the highest amount of work being done with the best quality. Directly report to Deputy Director.- Office tasks: Make and manage all documents relating to the Projects (Contracts, quotation, liquidation, handover, etc.).

- Manage the whole project- Receive information from customer- Keep in touch with customer & satisfy customer with services- Work with designers, ensure design as demand of customer- Handle over documents of the project- Prepare necessary materials for set up- Manage after-sales services (maintenance, addition, etc)
