Working with internal cross-functional team (including Clinical Operations, Data Management, Biostatistics, Clinical Supply, QA, Outsourcing, and Clinical Science) and medical imaging suppliers to support Exelixis clinical trials, and assist with conducting training on standards, processes, and metrics for the consistent conduct of Exelixis trials.

Managed day-to-day operations of the Imaging Center, oversight of all clinical and research studies; preparation and submission of regulatory and IRB-related documents; supervised research assistants, imaging analysts, clinical and research coordinators, and MR Techs; evaluated quality of MR data to improve any deficiencies; data management and archival; created and updated SOP; facilitated and coordinated all clinical trial studies with clinical sites, CROs, imaging core labs and sponsors; member of institutional safety committee; member of clinical research committee; oversight of personnel recruitment and interviews.

Responsible for the execution of MR safety practices such as following MR conditional guidelines and working closely with the Medical Director in deciding to approve or deny scanning of certain implants in specific clinical situations in accordance with safety guidelines.
