Classroom Management- Assist teachers with in-class activities and throughout the course- Provide support to students during lessons and course activities- Supervise and manage student behavior in the classroomCourse Administration- Keep students informed about their course progress- Prepare students for exams, including Cambridge assessments- Report any incidents or issues to the TAOCustomer Care- Provide monthly updates on students' progress and results- Contact parents of absent students- Assist with delivering and collecting CSS forms from parents (K&J)- Help handle requests and complaints- Support event planning and execution (end of course, enrichment, ESOL, etc.)- Assist with re-enrollment tasks as needed
