As an associate software engineer, I played a pivotal role in driving a data-driven revolution in property management through my contributions to Turnit, the flagship product utilized by Crawford Hoying.Contributions:- Involved in the development of robust server-side and client-side architectures, ensuring seamless functionality across platforms.- Enhanced user experience by actively participating in the development and optimization of two mobile applications integral to Turnit's ecosystem: Turnit manager app & Turnit vendor app.- Engaged in the full software development lifecycle, from conceptualization to deployment: - Implemented Firebase authentication for the web app. - Implemented turnboard, dashboard, and timeline features which are integral to the product. - Implemented GitHub Actions for sending out OTA updates and builds in vendor app - Implemented other features like price change requests, price history, and Stripe payment. - Squashed more than 95% of the bugs reported by the QA.

During my internship at Fusemachines, I developed a web-based annotation tool tailored for text within images extracted from forms. This tool facilitated annotators in inputting text content from images and identifying whether it contained English or Nepali text. For Nepali text, the tool integrated a text romanizer with a suggestion feature, enabling users to easily transliterate and replace English words with suggested Nepali equivalents. Additionally, annotators could crop images and conveniently store annotated data in CSV format.

As an Event Lead for the IT MEET 2022, I learned a lot and got the opportunity to network with some brilliant minds. I worked with amazing teams and due to their efforts, I stand here today and can proudly claim that IT Meet was another tech fest to remember.I learned how to work under pressure and manage a team of a huge number of people with diverse characteristics. There were 3 categories of groups: Gaming, Tech Events, and Non-Tech Events and each category had a set of events with around 20 events in total. My role was to manage each event and coordinate with the event managers and the categorical leads. Coordinating such a large number of events was not a piece of cake but it was also an opportunity for me to work under pressure and work with a large number of people.All in all, IT Meet'22 is the event I will never forget because it has taught me so many things. IT Meet is over but the journey has just begun.
