I have been responsible for• Creating and updating BIM models based on drawings and latest information using Revit• Preparing project documentation required for submission of drawings• Submitting shop drawings, construction drawings and as-built drawings according to the project requirement• Creating Parametric Families depending on speciality of materials• Following BIM standards, Deliverables and Level of Development (LOD) required in the project• Performing designated responsibility given by BIM Coordinator• Working closely with project managers and other disciplines to plan and prepare construction drawings and provide support as necessary• Attending weekly BIM coordination meetings for clash detection and deconflict quickly• Collaborating and coordinating internally and/or externally with other disciplines for BIM issues, design changes and model changes• Conducting clash detection analysis, preparing clash detection reports and solving them using NavisworksI thrive on challenges that require innovative thinking and meticulous attention to detail.
