As the CEO of Carthal Manila, I oversee daily operations, spearhead business development, and devise strategies to drive client success. Leading a team of 15 dedicated professionals, I ensure they have the resources and support needed to excel, fostering a collaborative and motivating work environment. My focus is on empowering my team, setting clear objectives, and maintaining a culture of accountability and excellence. By cultivating strong client relationships, I provide strategic guidance and tailored solutions, enhancing brand awareness and growth. Here my key role is in the development of digital marketing strategies, high-level concepts, and design projects. I have worked with both external and internal clients and know the requirements and needs of both of them. Apart from all these, I am also responsible for the recruiting and managing of the design team and overseeing content assets. I am also responsible for writing and designing headlines and helping in the execution of advertisement boards. With a background rooted in sales and marketing, I strive to take charge in this ever-changing industry, and the core skills required to effectively manage a dedicated marketing staff.

Involved in consistent supervision of a team of graphic designers, and photo artists in the development of diverse ad campaign styles and numerous Social Media Marketing and Influencer Marketing Ads. Once the discussion with the client is over and the kind of style they have in mind is developed and perfectly suits their product, I come up with timelines for the work and budget while coordinating the activities of the creative department before presenting preliminary content for approval.
