Project name: ITC One Colombo One (Main Civil & Structures Package)Cost: Billion LKR (Five-year construction project)ITC One Colombo One is a luxury hotel and residential tower project. The hotel tower is 140m high and has 350 guestrooms, while the residential tower is 225m high. The main construction work for this project is structural, and plastering work has also begun on the residential tower by ICC.
