Achievements • Being the responsible person for all the structural works of the building. • Completed the sub structure according to the time frame in a severe rainy season. • Structural works were completed ahead of planned schedule.

121 Residencies (20 stories luxury apartment project) at Park Road Involved from the initial stage of the project to completion. Project Includes car parks, ground sump, waste water treatment plant, Swimming pool. Achievements • Being the responsible person for all the structural works testing works of the building • Modification of old system formwork to match requirements of above project at a given time period. • The progress of the project was ahead from the planed schedule.
