I started to create wealth out of waste and also had undergone managerial and business studies in the same. I am now the Director of VILVVA International, A premium company with one of its kind in manufacturing and exporting Activated carbon and substrates. We are exporting to 12 countries and still counting. Furthermore, I never lost sight with some of the best research scholars and other environmentalist to understand the reach of the sustainable and efficient use of my products. By doing this, I managed to start a consortium authorised by the government to enhance the knowledge and overcome common objectives in this business. Having attended lot of export promotion council meetings, government board meetings, national and international fairs, research development programs, quality management, leadership programs and other types of business development courses which made me and the company as a whole combination of strategic mindset and robust brand. Nevertheless, I am a peoples person and happily managing over 15 white collars and 50+ blue collars. I have also honed the lean principles and effectively applied into my business model.
