Welcome to my page! My name is Tharani, and I'm a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) who is in good standing with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario. I earned my Master’s degree in Spiritual Care and Psychotherapy and I also hold an Honours Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a minor in Biology at Wilfrid Laurier University. Throughout years of mental health work, I was honoured to walk alongside adolescents and adults in their journeys of personal growth. I use a blended approach of Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT) to help clients reach their goals and build a fulfilling life. Through my own journey of ups and downs, I have come to believe that reaching a state of inner peace, happiness, and contentedness is possible. One of my most significant values as a clinician is that clients feel understood. I approach my work with curiosity, compassion, and authenticity, believing that these are core components for a strong, therapeutic relationship. We all have our own flow, and moving with the current allows us to reach our full potential.
