My role is to lead LINE MAN Messenger (instant delivery) & Parcel (nationwide delivery) product and business, including the areas of strategy, business development, budgeting, operation, marketing and software development (mobile application). Our focus is to help social sellers (e-commerce sellers) and SMEs while ensuring aggressive growth in the highly competitive O2O market.In this journey, we successfully reached multi-million MAU by driving 5x growth while significantly reducing cost.

I was invited to be a startup coach for True Incubation program.My role is to give consultation and share experience to 5 qualified startups in order to help them ramp up their businesses in True Incube batch 5 program.

At the time I joined aCommerce, we were a Series A start-up with an ambition to be the best e-commerce enabler in South-East Asia. And I was there to build a scalable shipping management platform to handle future workload.My main responsibility is to set up product direction, lead UI design, manage product backlog and work with engineering teams to develop SmartShip, a cloud-based shipping management platform (web application), which is designed to handle 6 to 7 digit daily shipments and connect with 20+ logistic providers across SEA, with a smart logic to choose the best logistic provider based on different criteria, which could helps saving logistic cost by 20-30%. I also work along side with account managers and business development teams to empathize clients and come up with short-term solutions or product features that suite their needs.

Led quality management team and work closely with business owners, business analysts and engineers in core-insurance implementation project, a large project with 200 international team members.
