An Occupational Health physician with global experience and deep subject matter expertise in the development, improvement and governance of workplace health programs, focused on the strategic management of complex occupational and other health issues to develop innovative solutions resulting in increased employee productivity and improved company performance. Founder member of the European Health Network, an organization of medical/health professionals responsible for the deployment of global workplace health. Enabled the growth of the network from 6 companies in 2007 to more than 50 global organizations in 2018.Actively involved in voluntary activities:• coaching long-term J&J assignees supporting NGO partner organizations worldwide; • member of the American Women’s Club of Antwerp, currently serving as club FAWCO representative; • member of FAWCO, an international network of independent volunteer clubs and associations, serving as project lead for the FAWCO Target Program 2019-2022 (Health: Ensuring Healthy Lives and Promoting Well-Being to Improve the Lives of Women and Girls);• actively supporting Hope for Girls and Women Tanzania in an advisory capacity.
