- Responsible for preparing Company business plan with the help of Departments and conducting review meetings monthly and quarterly to evaluate the progress.- Assist with the preparation of the Company’s annual reports on time in order to conduct the AGM at the stipulated time.- Responsible for assisting with the preparation of Monthly Board Papers.- Responsible for the preparation of weekly and monthly reports.- Responsible for preparing the monthly newsletter sent out by the CEO.- Member of the Sustainability Committee of HNB Finance.- Coordinate & maintain good working relations with all internal departments and relevant external parties.- Provide support to the daily operations and overall functions of the team.

- Oversee events: planning and coordination, resource allocation, promotional activities related to the events as well as costs and budgets related to events.- Strategizing NEXIA CAPITAL events and project partnerships by looking into the benefits and commitments of event and coordinating with internal costs and budgets- Looking into the overall operations of all the sub units, effective resource allocation according to the growth plan set by the company.- Ensuring the sub units of the company are aligned with the overall NEXIA CAPITAL vision.- Oversee finance of the company and keep track of the accounts to ensure efficiency, develop procedures and policies to overcome any recurring issues.- Looking that the financial performance of NEXIA CAPITAL on a monthly basis.- Analyzing and strategizing financial data to increase efficiency and productivity in the company.- In charge of looking into employee contracts and non-disclosure agreements - Monitoring and approving employee leaves Achieved- Ensured a smooth flow on operations by planning, organizing and communicating internally- Developed procedures and policies to overcome recurring issues.
