Global Head Of Industrialization And Production
CurrentAs Global Head of Industrialisation and Production, I'm responsible for,- Manufacturer onboarding (audits, clim8 processes, training, QC etc.) with vendors integrating the clim8 technology into the finished product along with the sourcing and compliance.- Secure and coordinate supply chain continuity and Improve the company's overall delivery lead time.- Coordinate the sourcing and delivery of all components to manufacturing partners or clients including e-textile components, electronics, batteries and chargers and handle all customs / legislative requirements. - Provide production milestones and inform stakeholders about the production timeline and deliverables (Sales, Ops, accounting, etc).- Bridge the gap between the worlds of development, production and supply chain by assessing,improving production readiness of the developed solutions.- Intervene during product development to ensure robust serial productions by making productdevelopment documents and guidelines "production-ready" with a critical thinking approach.- Develop, maintain and keep records of all technology and manufacturing documentation and versioning to facilitate the work, and provide best in class integration of the clim8 technology.- Enforce Clim8 quality standards from e-textile to end product.- Enforce regulatory, compliance requirements for e-textile products in US / Europe/ Asian / Oceania markets.- Analytical decision making by assessing, analysing data and solving problems arising from product development to Industrialisation to mass production.- Work closely with R&D, OPS and Sourcing team to align cost reduction planning.- Act as the main point of contact for all company’s pads and integration production.- Provide regular forecasts to the Sourcing team, ops and the sales team for stock levels and the sourcing strategy.- Create new processes with cross functional teams and vendors to maintain and improve production quality, timing and costs.
