In this role, I oversee comprehensive solutions in Network Security, Web Gateway, Email, and Endpoint Security for our valued channel partners throughout the MEA (Middle East and Africa) region. My responsibilities encompass a wide range of technical and support tasks, ensuring the success of Network and Endpoint Security projects.Performs Pre and Post-Sales Support to all MEA region Channel Partners.Provides complete solutions to customer from Network Security Appliances, Web Gateway, Email, and Endpoint Security.Review and analyze customer's technical Network and Endpoint Security requirements for creation of BOQs.Participates in tender bids for Network and Endpoint Security project proposals and Network Documentation.Conducts Proof of Concept (POC) and technical demonstrations.Provides technical assistance for configuration and implementation of Firewall Appliances, Endpoint Security, WiFi Access Points, Multi-Factor Authentication, Email Gateways, Backup, WAF, SIEM+SOAR, DLP solutions.Troubleshoot and fix high priority issues related to Firewall, Load balancer, IPS/IDS & Proxy and Threat analysis.Troubleshoot Site to Site VPN (IPSEC/GETVPN/GRE/MGRE), Proxy related issue & End user remote access VPN issues.Involve in change management process for HW replacement/ IOS upgrade/ Config change/ BW upgrade/ Whitelisting or Blacklist URLs & FW Rule addition etc.Performing network maintenance and system upgrades including patches, hot fixes, and security configurations.Responsible for handling Level 1,2 and 3 troubleshooting, and resolution.Performs all the IT support assistance in the company’s internal network such as: Maintenance of Firewall configuration changes, updates of OS version, and link connectivity to ISPMaintenance of network switches, VLAN assignments per department/role, link connectivityAdministration maintenance of Windows Server.Administration and maintenance of ELV devices: CCTV, NVR , Door Access/Time Attendance Machine.

Providing beneficial technical IT support and customer service to clients in system administration,network administration, ICT, cloud support, backup solutions, cybersecurity, and performpreventative maintenance of various PC hardware and software solutions for businesses.Providing on-site helpdesk support as an outsourced resident engineer to some of the biggestglobal corporations and familiarizing myself with many internationally recognized ticketingsoftwares and providing remote and on-site support as a dedicated engineer for multiple otherorganizations.Directly involved with the installation of corporate managed operating systems (Autopilot), servers,managed/unmanaged switches, firewalls, IP phones, and cloud/on-premises backup.Directly involved in the development of new processes and procedures to increase quality,efficiency, and cyber security.Installation and proficient administration with Windows Server Active Directory, Azure ActiveDirectory, and Microsoft Office 365.

I was the IT Support Officer/ Network Admin and the Motion graphic designer. I was incharge of entering all new employees and exsisting employees to the Active Directory, with my knowledge of CISCO servers, VMware and VM virtualbox, Fortinet and Palo Alto Firewalls, WLAN Controllers, DHCP and LAN configurations. I was also in charge of end-user needs regarding IT matters from Windows and Linux to Microsoft Office 365, Zoom meetings to Endpoint Security. I created graphic design for the local publications and motion graphics for the web and youtube.

I taught the adobe CC suite including photoshop, illustrator, Premiere Pro, Affter Effects, Dreamweaver to name a few. Additionally I taught Autodesk 3D products including computer hardware management and repair. I was the lead English lecturer in all 12 branches.

Did Architectural designs in AutoCAD/ 3Ds Max Exterior Design/ Draughtsmanship by hand. Was in charge of all IT and customer related matters.
