From a young age, I have always been intrigued by technology and how we can use it to our advantage. My curiosity in business management and technology led me to complete my Bachelor of International Business Management where I learned to use technology-enabled solutions to drive business efficiencies. I then continued to develop my knowledge by completing my Master of Business Information Systems.At Techskills Institute, I’ve learned how I could assist small and medium ventures to carry-out smooth operations with a minimum of technical burden. Budgeting and network mapping for optimising corporate resources, better understanding of AD DS to ensure user accounts are empowered to achieve OUR common goals and aims. Utilising HyperV and Azure VMs to use resources for multiple operations. Assisting clients and their devices promptly for enhanced stakeholder satisfaction. Through my journey as a tech support officer, I understand that customer delight comes from how well we understand their tech needs. I’m keen to learn and adopt diverse areas of tech practices in the education and healthcare industries.
