Our organization's values are reflected in my dedication to creating equitable platforms for CARM individuals, aligning with our strategic goals to foster inclusive representation. At COMPELL, we've built an ecosystem for political engagement and civic participation that's reshaping the landscape for non- citizens and multicultural communities.My role as CEO of COMPELL involves spearheading innovative programs that enhance media and political literacy among diverse populations. Leveraging skills in social networking, new business development, and customer relationship management, I've been instrumental in developing data-driven initiatives that empower individuals to become active participants in our democracy. This work complements my efforts at Allies in Colour, where we're making significant strides towards achieving parity in CARM representation on Australian boards.

Chief Executive OfficerAllies In Colour Apr 2021 - PresentAllies in Colour (AIC) is the Independant, National, Peak Advocacy and Research Body representing Multicultural Australians, Expats and Non-Citizens, with a focus on culturally and racially marginalised (CARM) Australian representation in positions of power and influence.Our key target areas are governance (boards), politics, and entrepreneurship as this is where reaching parity in CARM representation will be most impactful for progress and where direct effort is lacking.We also recognise and appreciate that our CARM communities are being supported by under-resourced and under-funded, community-led, grassroots organisations as well as crucial research from academia. Therefore, we will always advocate for the needs and priorities of such community groups, and where possible, with the backing of evidence-based research.AIC is apolitical and independent of any political party. We collect data, conduct workshops, and hold events to encourage, educate, and assist CARM Australians to be successful in our key focus areas.
