Responsible for the FP&A and billing functions for the Communications Group within Verisign.* Led cost review to drive multi-million dollar in savings through Communications Division.* Responsible for MD&A for SEC filings and participated on corporate disclosure committee.* Created weekly revenue and pipeline forecast process resulting in better communication/coordination between product and sales groups.

Helped lead merger of business with Metricstream.* Part of team that raised $90M in equity to go after early market opportunity.* Led company through multiple restructurings substantially reducing burn rate allowing company time to implement a new product strategy.* Re-negotiated contracts with vendors to drive down operating expenses.* Created KPI's and lead monthly operating reviews. Drove decisions back through company.

Public Internet Media Company merged with @Home in 1999. Responsible for financial planning & analysis and sales operations functions. Post close added responsibility for the media revenue accounting organization. Revenue grew from approximately $7.5M per quarter to more than $80M per quarter.* Led monthly operations meeting and focus on key goals and deliverables of the business.* Created scripts and key metrics used for quarterly earnings calls.* Owned forecast process - never missed guidance during tenure.* Finance lead on M&A transactions.
