Perform pre-press responsibilities to include scaling, cropping, retouching, repositioning, pre-flighting, optimizing and packaging final files, and preparing for print, distribution, and archival. Manage workload effectively, assuming responsibility for a high volume of production work and revisions actively (sometimes upwards of 100+ individual deliverables). Communicate with clients, designers, and creative management on a regular basis to apprise them of project statuses, make recommendations, and otherwise present work/findings. As a freelance writer for Weelunk, I ensure that texts are properly researched while maintaining originality in my work. I proofread assignments to correct any errors and then submit completed works as directed.

Promoted wider public recognition, awareness, and support of Reynolds Memorial Hospital services, activities, and achievements. Served as a contributing writer, and assists with the planning and development, production and assessment of communications in all media. Developed and created multimedia content including digital video, audio and still photography. Designed marketing materials such as brochures, billboards, flyers and graphics to promote the hospital. Maintained consistency of branding and positive relations with the public. Supported RMH communications as assigned, including writing ad copy, TV & radio scripts, coordinating video and photography shoots; wrote and edited publications. Created and managed effective written and multimedia web content for employee and/or patient-oriented sites. At The Health Plan, I managed all social media platforms such as Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. In addition, I managed the corporate website by making aesthetic changes as well as updating content, graphics, and media. I planned and wrote content for all outlets, as well as kept track of analytics. I prepared email blasts via MailChimp to employees and outside clients in relation to The Health Plan. My role photographed important events, activities, and marketing items. I also helped create presentations for internal and external company use. Other responsibilities included planning events for employees, such as internal wellness events and the famous Food Truck day throughout the summer.

While at JWL I worked on video transcription, web maintenance, assisted with video production, power point presentation designing, photo archiving and editing. Created marketing tools for social media platforms. I was given the opportunity to travel internationally to Italy and Germany for video production and helped with the production of a documentary in NYC. Photographed marketing tools and headshots.

At OVMC I worked closely with the Director and Vice President of Marketing on the 2016 Strategic Marketing Plan and Budget. I also photographed physicians and staff for the website and advertising use such as brochures and social media. Other duties included proofreading the website and updating physician information to make sure everything was accurate and up-to-date for patients.

During my time with Jennifer Lynn Photography, my main job was assisting her with photographing weddings and events. I used a Canon 7D to take photographs. I also assisted her in the studio with lighting and props for photo sessions. My office duties included digitally managing client information and filling clients' print orders.
