* Meet regularly with IT Technical and hiring managers to discuss hiring needs.* Own total responsibility and accountability of all internal hiring that is assigned.* Record and keep track of internal hiring requirements of the IT Team. * Organize efforts to source, screen, shortlist, propose candidates to the technical/hiring managers, arrange interviews, and ensure staff on-boarding on or before target dates.* Report to the Management regularly on progress of hiring various positions and escalate bottlenecks in a timely manner.* Organize walk-in events when needed in co-ordination with interview panels in the IT Team.* Design and make use of effective sourcing and screening methodologies to find right candidates* Have also been the Single Point Of Contact for a few clients and closed their requirements successfully.* Handled a team of two members and effectively made them achieve both the individual and group targets
