To explore more in TMF and Clinical research he joined Covance and did a great job for 3 stable years and understood in and out about TMF and absorbed knowledge from other departments as well. To apply his knowledge in the field He joined Emmes CRO in TMF department and performed End to end activities in TMF in multiple platforms. to continue the growth professionally Tharun Joined Novotech as a Sr.DMA and performing his responsibility in a position of reviewing the TMF which comes only with knowledge, experience and Zeal to participate and Learn new things.
