provide support as an SME (Subject Matter Expert) and act as a key technical focal for escalated complex network issues/incidents• Handled advanced service requests which included QoS implementations, optimization of reportedly slow networks through traffic flow analysis, traffic load distribution on a multi-homed network, layer 2 optimization and configuration hardening following best practices.• Quick resolution of Severity 1 and 2 incidents that have significant business impact. Resolution types affected areas such as OSPF and BGP convergence, sub-optimal routing, routing loops, layer 2 performance degradation and others. • Proactively identify issues with client’s infrastructure such as single point of failure, deficiencies in the implementation of the networks, security vulnerabilities, and performance issues and provide optimization solution by a service improvement Program. • Investigates root cause analysis of incidents and provide mitigation solutions to prevent reoccurrence.• Implement and manage Campus and Enterprise solutions end to end that include Core / Distribution switches (Mainly HP switches )• Deployed and managed network management appliances/servers such as Cisco LMS, Netflow Analyzer, Syslog collector, PRTG, and ACS.• Develops standard configuration guidelines, network documentation, diagrams and Work Instructions. • Provide out of office hour’s support duties to sustain networking systems and to meet service level agreement• Updating and managing the documentation as per standard for each enterprise client with all the information.

Working as TAC engineer primary responsibilities include - Handling Incidents, Service requests and problems, Register Incidents and Service Requests as per defined metrics and service level requirements, Investigate and diagnose IncidentsLog and update the Incident investigation and diagnosis.
