Currently working on Behalf of Arup Perunding as Site Engineer for DEXCOM pharmaceutical factory. I'm in charge of Mechanical trades which includes ACMV system, Water purification system, Fire fighting system, Process piping, Cleanroom, and Chilled water system. Let's dive into my roles and responsibility:• Scope of work involves reviewing and commenting on the Inspection test plan (ITP) behalf client during the kick-off the project.• Review and comment on the Method of Statement for Mechanical scope of work that involves HVAC System, Chill and Condenser water system, Fire protection system, Process piping( CDA,Argon and Nitrogen), Cleanroom, and Plumbing and Sanitary. • To inspect work done for all mechanical work done by the Main contractor ( Exyte Malaysia) that complies with ITP, Standards, drawings, and project specifications• Issuance for NCR, OBR, and Site memo to the main contractor on finding of non-conformance• Involve in FAT for Mechanical equipment for project.

Working as main contractor (EPCC contractor) for building large scale solar (LLS) 30MW at bukit keteri BKS30. In charge of Quality Assurance and Quality Control and scope of work as shown below;1. Perform all daily inspection and test of the scope and character necessary to achieve the quality of construction required in the drawings and specifications for all works under the contract performed ON or OFF site.2. Coordinate with the consultant’s representative and Site In-charge for inspection and meeting about quality problems including the closure of the Non-Compliance Report.3. Taking care of QA/QC documents of the entire project including certificates, calibration, test results, inspection requests, non-compliance reports and site instruction/observations, permanent materials delivered and other QA/QC documents. Responsible for the closure of Non-conformance, NCR and Site Instruction, SI.4. Report to the QA/QC Manager, control, and monitor all activities related to the Quality5.Responsible for the quality and workmanship of every activity, thorough knowledge of all phases of engineering construction relating to Civil, Architectural, mechanical and electrical discipline interfacing the multidisciplinary operations.6.Liaise the Technical Engineer for submission of material submittals to the Consultant.

Responsible to carry out inspection(RFWI) with COW/RE for work done by subcontractor2. Request for information (RFI) to consultant on discrepancy on drawings/site installation.3. Attend meeting with Client/Consultant on project matters4. In-charge to verify claim and work done of subcontractor.5. Responsible to issue site memo or NCR to subcontractor and to request for Engineer instruction(EI), Architect instruction(AI), and confirm of verbal instruction(CVI) from consultant/client.6. Handle direct worker scope and wages.7. Coordinate with other trades such as electrical and architecture
