Mr. Haskell is responsible for leading the underwriting, due diligence, and evaluation of market-rate and affordable new development projects, market rate and affordable acquisition opportunities, and in-direct investment opportunities. He also plays a supporting role in the capitalization of projects and the fundraising efforts at Middleburg. Mr. Haskell joined Middleburg in 2019 after graduating from Dartmouth College. Prior to joining Middleburg, Mr. Haskell interned with Greystar where he assisted in underwriting new development and property management opportunities, as well as worked as a leasing consultant at one of their mixed-use communities.Mr. Haskell graduated from Dartmouth College where he earned a bachelor’s degree in Environmental Studies and a minor in Human-Centered Design. He also holds his HCCP designation and is a candidate for the CAIA designation.
