I acquire great knowledge of customer service principles and practices, inclining my ability to give world class service in any environment. My client focus ability and adapting to different personality types ensures that I can handle a heavily pressured environment and still take ownership of clients and deliver on my promises in an organized and timely manner. No matter the environment I am a fast and eager learner, and pay attention to all the details accurately. I have been up-skilled in claims, finance, and well as escalations, meaning I'm the guy clients speak too when they need things done correctly the first time or if they request to speak to a manager. I am very positive and confident in the work I do.I studied graphic and website design; I love how I can freely express myself in so many different ways. The ability to turn a blank canvas into an entire brand by planning, designing, creating static and dynamic advertisements, building and managing websites all of this and still being able to plaster and manage this on social media to ensure traffic is diverted to all platforms evenly. It truly gives me a kick when I see my work on boards/screens whilst driving or even online!I consider myself to be determined and competent and I strive to strengthen my knowledge and skills. It's never too late to learn something new.
