• Team recruitment and development• Design multi-level grow methodologies driven by strain profile planning and forecasting • Provide direct management of site general managers on all aspects of operations, facilities, compliance, maintenance, and HR• Prepare and administer programs, methods, systems, and practices for reducing costs and improving operational efficiency, safety, productivity, and reliability guided through budget forecasting and planning• Project manage all current and future company indoor cultivation site build-outs including design, planning, construction, and inspections • Manage client relationships, collaborate with clients and their teams, contractors, local authorities, regulatory bodies, and general process flows• Perform compliance inspections with all industry regulatory bodies and local authorities• Ground up SOP development for all aspects of cultivation, drying/curing, trimming, IPM and preparation for transport • Security planning and implementation• Vendor sourcing and vetting with supply chain management

• Responsible for overall site operation including production, facilities and equipment maintenance, process flow optimization and compliance• Develop production strategies and planning for equipment, COGs, KPIs legal requirements and staffing based on budgets and business needs• Partner with internal teams to identify and prioritize the implementation of project work to improve the process• Deploy written governmental rules and regulations. Promote company plans, programs, policies, and procedures to ensure a safe/clean/environmentally sound/efficient operation.
