On Site Representative (Osr)
CurrentCurrently managing Internet and Cable services for a college living facility here in Eugene OR. Resident appointments which require technical assistance are scheduled into an appointment system. From there inspection and troubleshooting of resident issues are performed in order to resolved specific issues.When no resident appointments exist, weekly procedures are performed in order to maintain quality of service within all locations throughout the living facility. Cable and Internet audits are the big role player here.Position also requires Call Center work from home when no appointments are set, or when audits and other maintenance have been completed for daily routine tasks. Duties performed in Call Center include: troubleshooting of Cable and Internet services, registering new devices for functionality within local area networks, creating new user accounts, and up-sell of services at resident requests.
