Abhishek Dixit, in addition to his academic pursuits in film direction, is an accomplished artist currently studying for his BFA in Film and Television at the PLC State University of Performing and Visual Arts. Furthermore, the Raza Foundation awarded him a fellowship to write a critical biography of the renowned theatre director Ebrahim Alkazi.
