In my capacity as a nationally certified pharmacy technician, holding certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS) and vaccine administration, I was assigned the responsibility of administering various vaccines, including annual influenza vaccines, COVID-19 vaccines, hepatitis vaccines, and others as per the vaccine protocol established by the State of Missouri and prescribed by healthcare professionals.Additionally, I provided support to pharmacists by assisting with essential workflow tasks, such as receiving and entering new prescriptions, accurately and efficiently dispensing medications, preparing prescriptions for final verification, and dispensing them to patients.Furthermore, I contributed to administrative and compliance duties, which encompassed conducting pre-inspection tests and inventories, ensuring the safe storage of all patient-related information, and limiting access solely to the patient, their immediate family or caregivers when appropriate, and pharmacy staff.

Aids principal investigator in the completion of research studies including survey design and creation, data analysis, cataloging, interview of participants, participant recruitment, and management of social media presence. Responsible for various portions of the research process and at times served as a liaison between principal investigator and public.

Provides support and advocacy to victims of domestic violence and their children in the Freedom's Rest emergency shelter, including assisting shelter residents with daily living needs and providing general support and shelter coverage. Additionally documents services provided to clients, through the client records database, prepares rooms for new residents, conducts house checks, and attends supervision and team meetings. Also conducts both routine and emergency maintenance duties including but not limited to minor electrical, plumbing, and mechanical work to ensure shelter remains operational.

Received and verified prescription information prior to entering prescription details into an electronic health records system and properly filing physical prescriptions. Served as an initial point of contact between patients and pharmacists. Prepared, filled, and dispensed prescriptions to patients. Filed pharmacy claims for commercial, non-commercial, and government-sponsored healthcare plans. Provided customer service and expedited the movement of prescriptions down the chain of required verification and approvals to minimize patient wait times.

Traveled throughout the state of Missouri in order to attend all necessary campaign events; directed teams for setting up and tearing down campaign materials, coached team through answers to questions voters may ask, and served as general morale champion for the Southwest Missouri area. Performed office/clerical work including the filing of receipts and preparing mailings. Had direct field contact with voters, going door-to-door in order to personalize my candidate's introduction. Minor tracking of expenses and reimbursements. Served as an ambassador of the campaign to all Missourians.
