ㆍWe are a group of young people who stronglybelieve in our work's values that could createpositive impacts on our society. Our communitymembers consist of product designers (UX &UI), product managers, software engineers andother related careers in tech.ㆍ Arranged community events and activitiessuch as Sleepless Knowledge Sharing/Talk atthe end of every month.ㆍFacilitated, organised, and managed productdevelopment teams to complete our Volunteerprojects with real clients (i.e. The POLAB) as webelieve that our skills should not limited to onlypeople who are looking for us, but also thosewho do not know they need it.ㆍCo-developed a Job Quest system forcommunity members to post freelance jobs andimplement the projects with community people,allowing them to find trustworthy humanresources with supportive and transparent pricesystem management (We are nowimplementing 2 Job Quest projects in ourcommunity with a total budget of 80k THBwhich the contract was signed within the firstmonth we formed this community!).

- Revamped Website Design: Led initiatives to redesign and improve website interfaces, ensuring enhanced user experience and engagement.- Research: Conducted comprehensive qualitative and quantitative research to gather insights on user behavior, preferences, and pain points.- Google Analytics (GA4) Reporting: Utilized Google Analytics 4 to monitor website performance, analyze user data, and generate detailed reports to inform design decisions and optimize user journeys.
