I began by assisting in the re-pitch of Charlotte restaurant to the North American CEO, I was responsible for local market research and positioning. My daily duties were to prepare the Events department for a projected ten million in annual revenue. I was responsible for opening logistics and staff onboarding, as well as staff training. When the pandemic slow down caused the hotel to drop management tiers, I was assigned additional duties as the only In-room Dining manager and heavily assisted as a manager in Charlotte Restaurant and Lounge. It was the most challenging project of my life.
