On top of continuing my previous duties, as Director of EverShield I maintain a level of responsibility for clients and support. Working with our support team I am the face most clients see during the initial sales idea/pitch all the way to product deployment. As Director of EverSafe it is my duty to handle all aspects of client on boarding from sales calls to delivering clients for install. I also constantly review different backup platforms for viability and discovery for the best of breed. I also manage the infrastructure for the backup environment to ensure stability and as close to 100% uptime as possible.

I build servers and desktops in a virtual environment for customer use. I handle AD work for clients, user creation and password resets as needed. I also establish networks and build.

I handled customer requests for VM machines. I maintained the datacenter, keeping hosts balanced, managed VM volumes, occasionally swapped hard drives at the data center. I would also call customers to help them through issues if needed as well.
