All duties and responsibilities are to be performed in accordance with Royal Caribbean International's The Royal Way, SQM standards, USPH guidelines, environmental, and safety policies.• Responsible for the safe operation, maintenance, repair, inspection and troubleshooting of all shipboard sound systems in the various entertainment venues.• Participates in the set up and break down, assembly and disassembly of sound equipment and related equipment for functions including, but not limited to, groups, charters, affinity, promotional, incentive, presentations, cruise staff events and activities and various theme night arrangements.

Operates and controls on a daily basis sound, light and video forecast to assure the correct execution of all entertainment activities in accordance with the Company procedures.Supplies all equipment (e.g. microphones, lights, videos, music) according to the requests and needs to support entertainment activities and groups.Follows punctually the cruise program and assures the correct timing and airing of videos, background music and lights in the lounge areas.Provides the correct arrangement of lights, sound and music in order to ensure the execution of the evening performances in the public areas.Reports to the Entertainment Technical Manager all problems and malfunctioning concerning equipment, to provide a fast and effective solution. Stores in the lockers all the equipment to guarantee conformity with the inventories in compliance with Company rules.Supports external service suppliers in case of extraordinary maintenance and provides routine maintenance to guarantee the correct functioning of all equipment.

Responsible for setup and operation of PA systems and all associated components, including Sound Mixing Console (FOH & Monitor Stage), power amplifier, loudspeakers, DI Boxes, Signal path and signal processing.Provided all the Technical support of DJs and bands. Responsible for the service, maintenance, and management of the entire sound engineering equipment.

Directs events team and staff and oversees all operations from development, production, right up to delivery.Coordinate and implement all operatons within an event, including, but not limited to: staff, food, beverage, AV / tech support, set up, decor and payment.Contact point for all clientele; ensured host of event was pleased whilst building strong communication ties and excellent rapport.Liaise with different departments to guarantee successful events; such as marketing, sales team, restaurant management team and lead chefs.Responsible for all event staff, hires and trains new employees as well as provides leadership, motivation, direction and support to current team.
